We recommend booking 3–6 months ahead, particularly for peak season (October–November, March–April). The Royal Raven Suite typically books 12 months out.

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before arrival receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

Yes. Our seasonal packages include accommodation, meals, and selected experiences. Bespoke itineraries can be arranged through our Guest Experience team.

All international visitors (except Indian, Bangladeshi, and Maldivian nationals) require a visa. Visas are processed through the Tourism Council of Bhutan. We can assist.

Bhutan charges an SDF of USD 200 per person per night. This supports free education and healthcare for Bhutanese citizens. Not included in our room rates.

Spring (March–May) and Autumn (September–November) offer stable weather and clear mountain views. Winter brings a quieter, more contemplative experience.

Yes, throughout the hotel. We encourage guests to use it lightly — Zhiwaling is designed for presence.

Guests of all ages are welcome. We recommend the property most strongly for guests aged 12 and above.

The main building and two ground-floor rooms are fully accessible. Our older cottages involve uneven terrain. Please contact us before booking.
