1. Cancellation and Deposit Policies
- Less than 60 days prior to arrival date: 50% of total estimated room charges.
- 45 days prior to arrival date: 75% of total estimated room charges.
- 30 days or less prior to arrival date: 100% of total estimated room charges.
- No shows: 100% cancellation fee.
2. Deposits
- Zhiwaling requests a deposit equivalent to 10% of the total invoice as a non-refundable deposit to secure the booking.
3. Child / Infant Policy
- Children 5 years and below sharing with parents: free of charge on the room, including breakfast. Lunch and dinner are charged at 50% of published rates. An extra bed, if required, is chargeable.
- Children 6–12 years sharing with parents: USD 232 per night, inclusive of breakfast, dinner, and applicable taxes (extra bed rate). Lunch and other non-included meals are charged at 50% of published rates.
- Children 13 years and above: adult rate or adult extra bed rate applies (USD 232 inclusive of breakfast, dinner, and applicable taxes).
4. Check-In / Check-Out
- Check-in and check-out time is 12 noon.
